How long have you been involved in Community Media?

9 years with CAM, 8 years with Barbizon, ’88-’91 during High School… so 21 Years??

What got you involved in Community Media?

I took an elective of TV Production in my first year of High School which partnered with Danvers Community Television. It got me interested in video production, technology and learning. I have never looked back since.

What hobbies do you have?

Photography, Camping… anything outdoors!

What is your favorite TV show?

All time favorite, Star Trek – The Next Generation. Nowadays, I don’t watch a lot of TV but my favorite show now is, any show that I sit and watch with my lovely wife.

What is your favorite sport?

Baseball as a fan, Tennis to play

How long have you been involved in Community Media?

18 years total: 10 1/2 years in Wilmington, and 8 years here in North Andover. (Before that, I worked in broadcast radio and TV for 16 years.)

What got you involved in Community Media?

I started working with Community Media in my High School days, and always had a soft spot for the creativity and originality seen on access media. It’s a great way to share stories and ideas.

What hobbies do you have?

Video stuff, messing around with LEGO bricks, bad bass playing, and a bit of cooking.

What is your favorite TV show?

The classics? “Star Trek”, “The Twilight Zone”, “UFO”, “Emergency!”, “Star Blazers”.

More recent: “That 70s Show”, “The IT Crowd”, “The Newsroom”, “Halt And Catch Fire”.

(Would it be bad manners for me to include “Tech Throwback” and “Stateside Footy”?)

What is your favorite sport?

Australian Rules Football, then Hockey.

What is your favorite motion picture?

“Airplane” and don’t call me Shirley.

Favorite places to shop?

Record stores, the LEGO Store, formerly Radio Shack (R.I.P.), yard sales (to find goodies to profile on “Tech Throwback”).

9.5 years total: 7 years in high school and college, 1 year in Medway/Millis, and almost 2 years here in North Andover.

What got you involved in Community Media?

Seeing my local community media station at a club fair my freshman year of high school.

What hobbies do you have?

Hiking, cooking, playing Magic: The Gathering.

How long have you been involved in Community Media?

2 years! I volunteered with North Andover CAM while I was in college and have now returned to the station as an employee for my first job after graduating.

What got you involved in Community Media?

I was interviewed for The Journal while in high school and found myself more interested in the studio than in what I was being interviewed for.

What hobbies do you have?

Hiking, skiing, and reading!

What is your favorite TV show?

The Journal, obviously. A close second is Stranger Things.

What is your favorite sport?

Soccer!

It’s hard to pick one, but Interstellar and Back to the Future are always at the top of my list!
